Why do we need resilience to achieve well-being?
Resilience is the ability to bounce back from and better respond to challenges. Without resilience, people don’t have a consistent way of addressing the challenges that will inevitably arise. That inability to address challenges is what hinders well-being. Resilience allows people to not get stuck, move through any challenges and always be able to find a pathway to well-being.
